Hi, I'm Danielle.

If you’re here, chances are you’re doing “everything right” — eating well, exercising regularly, doing all the things you're "supposed" to do — and still feeling off, exhausted, or like your body isn't responding the way it used to.

That experience is far more common than most women are led to believe.

I’m a former Wall Street executive turned functional health coach, and my path into this work was shaped by my own health reckoning. Years in a high-pressure environment left me burned out and disconnected from my body, forcing me to slow down and truly understand how lifestyle and environment shape our health.

As I began coaching, a pattern became impossible to ignore: more and more women were silently struggling in perimenopause — not just because of age, but because chronic stress, inflammation, and hormone dysregulation were quietly interfering with how their bodies were functioning — and how they felt day to day.


Perimenopause isn't something to push through. It's a chapter you can thrive in — when you learn to work with your body, not against it.

I help women understand their bodies through a functional, whole-person lens — looking at symptoms, patterns, labs, health history, and lifestyle together. My work is about uncovering what’s happening beneath the surface and helping women build clarity and confidence in their next steps.
